Q. What exactly is T-Tapp?
T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness from the inside out. It focuses
on losing inches rather than pounds –but when the inches go so do the
pounds.
The exercises are done in a specific sequence designed to engage at least five
muscles with each movement and keeping knees bent, buttocks tucked and shoulders
back. T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation,
and elimination. The program not only strengthens muscles, but also stimulates
lymph glands to aid in detoxification.
It helps realign your body properly, improving back health, relieves knee pain,
chronic headaches, tiredness and the pain of many autoimmune diseases.
Plus, a simple three-minute series of movements called the Hoedowns has been
shown to lower blood glucose dramatically – by as much as 85 points instantly!
The exercises have strong aerobic impact, although there is no jumping or use
of weights or other assistance. In fact, the exercises can all be done within
a three-foot by three-foot area.
One of the beauties of T-Tapp is that you never have to add weight or repetitions
as you become more fit. You’ll be doing a basic 15-45 minute workout every
day for anywhere from 4 to 14 days, then just do it every other day. When you’ve
reached your goal, you only need to do the workout twice a week to maintain your
fitness level.
Q. I’m sorry, but this sounds too good to be true….
A. I understand that! But it is true. T-Tapp has been called the most efficient
and effective exercise method ever tested. And it has proven effective for thousands
of people of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels who have tried it.
The outside of your body reflects what’s going on inside. T-Tapp is more
about internal workings of the body, yet people working with the T-Tapp program
lose an average of one clothing size a month. That’s the icing on the cake
of better overall health.
When you work with these specific exercises, you’re helping your body help
itself assimilate and rebuild its internal workings and most importantly speeds
up your ability to repair and rejuvenate.
In addition to my own research, the prestigious Cooper Aerobic Institute has
studied the T-Tapp method. Their testing and research confirmed tests revealed
that the plan works. T-Tapp is very aerobic. Subjects improved their blood glucose
levels, and burned carbohydrates for fuel at an increased rate. In addition,
they improved their oxygen usage, had higher general fitness levels and elevated
heart rate with a no-impact workout.
Q. How can T-Tapp help people with yeast overgrowth?
A. I’m not an expert on yeast, but I do know that many people who have
used T-Tapp say it has improved yeast overgrowth, irritable bowel syndrome and
many other chronic ailments.
T-Tapp helps accelerate the body’s ability to achieve internal balance.
Also, the lymphatic pumping that takes place with the T-Tapp exercise program
is very helpful for people with yeast problems because it literally helps flush
toxins out of the body.
And never underestimate the power of the Hoedowns series for reducing blood sugar.
My friend and YeastConnection health advisor Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., tells
me that keeping blood sugar levels in normal ranges deprives the yeast organisms
of the sugar they need to multiply.
Q. Can I learn more about T-Tapp before I invest in a video?
A. Yes. You can visit the website (www.t-tapp.com) for free illustrations of
exercises and lots of information, including free videos that you can view online.
I’m also offering Yeast Connection readers a special price of $10 and free
shipping on my 90-minute seminar, “Yes, You Can” ..” The $10
